Video Announcement Form
SUBMISSION SCHEDULE

Please submit request two weeks in advance. Announcements are taped on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday Evening of the month. Please read video announcement guidelines below.

VIDEO ANNOUNCEMENT GUIDELINES
​
If you are requesting a Voice over Announcement, please provide a script of the complete announcement. If you are requesting a Videotaped Announcement, please read the important guidelines below. Please submit your request at least three weeks prior to your desired run date. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted with your scheduled time slot for taping. Our normal taping dates are the 2nd & 4th Tuesday Evening of the Month. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are late for your scheduled time slot, you may have to wait until the other announcements are taped or a voice over will be done in the place of the original announcement. If you need to contact someone on the day of your announcement please call Dorothy Valentine at 414-732-3036 (cell). Please allow 30 -45 minutes to complete your announcement. Please rehearse/ practice your announcement prior to arriving for your taping.

If you will need any special props for your announcement please bring them with you. The video announcement ministry will not be responsible for supplying any needed props. Please wear dark clothing, if possible, as lighter colors may blend into the background. Be advised the video shots may show your entire body. We cannot guarantee half/ body or head shots only. The video announcement ministry reserves the right to edit/change any announcements submitted. Your announcement should be no longer than 1-1 ½ minutes in length. We will try to honor your requested run dates, however the video announcement ministry reserves the right to determine the actual run dates. Thank you so much for the opportunity to serve you.
